Abstract:Takes the Chongqing Materials Research Institute Co.,Ltd.,and a certain factory in Fujian,China,
as research cases for the Sendzimir 20-high rolling mill. At present,the adjustment of the rolling line for the
Sendzimir 20-high rolling mill is mostly calculated in the secondary system,making it difficult for equipment
without a secondary system to find a suitable rolling line position. Therefore,it is particularly important to develop
the rolling line calculation function in the primary system. A rolling line position model for the rolling mill in the
primary system was estabilshed,and the upper gear stroke,the ratio relationship between the working rolls,and the relationship between the lower gear and the side eccentricity angle was calculated based on the maximum and
minimum diameters of the working rolls. The practical application showes that the program developed by the
primary system can calculate the rolling line position and side eccentricity angle under different conditions,which
can meet the rolling requirements and provide a good reference method for this type of rolling mill.
