1. What is the review cycle?

Answer: After receiving the paper, the editorial department usually provides the review results within 3 months. During the period when the paper has not been produced, it cannot be submitted to another publication. If there is any overdue situation, please contact the editorial department in a timely manner.

2.When can my paper be published?

Answer: After confirming the acceptance of the paper, it will enter the publication queue list. It is recommended that the author log in to the system to check the status of the paper.

3.What does the cost of publishing a paper include?

Answer: The cost of publishing a paper includes fees such as layout, review, and delivery, and the layout fee is calculated based on the number of pages.

4. How many publications are usually mailed? What kind of express is used?

Answer: After the paper is published, we will use SF Express to mail 3 printed copies of the current publication.

5. What is the invoice type? Can we separate invoices? When can I issue an invoice?

Answer: Invoices can be issued in two types: layout fees or technical service fees. Separate invoices can be issued. Generally, an electronic invoice will be issued within one month after the remittance and sent via email to the contact person's reserved email address. In case of holidays, financial closures, etc., it will be postponed accordingly.

6. What are the stages of paper review and how long are each stage?

Answer: Our journal implements a triple-blind review system, which includes initial review, expert review, and final review. The initial review is within 10 days, the expert review is within 30 to 60 days, and the final review is within 10 days. The status can be viewed through the submission system. Depending on the quality of paper revisions, there will be multiple expert and final review processes.

7. If the paper is rejected, can it be revised and resubmitted?

Answer: Yes.

8. Can authors who have previously submitted papers use their original account to submit new papers? What should I do if I forget my account or password?

Answer: You can use your existing account to submit new drafts. If you forget your account password, you can contact the editorial department to reset it.

9. Is there any remuneration for this publication? What are the timing and methods of distribution?

Answer: After the paper is published, the remuneration will be paid through bank transfer. The editorial department will notify you through the submission system and email. Please ensure that the ID information and bank account you provide are correct and valid. Due to the lengthy financial processes such as tax reporting, the distribution of paper remuneration is approximately 3 months after the information is provided.

10. Can I withdraw the paper if there are any changes after it has been accepted?

Answer: The paper can be withdrawn at any time before paying the layout fee. After paying the layout fee, if there is no layout, the paper can be withdrawn, and the layout fee will not be refunded . If typesetting has been arranged, the paper cannot be withdrawn. The typesetting time is about 3 months before the official publication, please pay attention .

11.When can I handle the online launch? What is the specific handling method?

Answer: After the paper is accepted and the layout fee has been paid, you can apply for online publishing. Please refer to the "Network Launch Instructions" for details.
